Warmzie Shipping Policy

At Warmzie, we’re dedicated to getting your wearable blanket to you quickly and reliably. Once your order is placed, we will try our very best to process it within 3 business days, excluding holidays. After processing, you can track your order with Shopify.

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Standard shipping is free and faster shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Currently, we ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 10 days for lost packages or within 48 hours with photos for damaged packages, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
